Abstract
The merit pay award follows meritorious teaching activity related to the creation of a new practicum course as well as enhancing two existing courses. I developed a new course enabling our Board Certified Behavior Analyst candidates to acquire the field supervision hours needed prior to sitting for the national qualifying exam. Additionally, I have developed and utilized over two semesters a task analysis that allows undergraduate and graduate students to easily access an online writing resource that is housed within Blackboard. These two important instructional components demonstrate the concerted efforts of a faculty member who is committed to the development of courses that bolster student success as well as enhancing instruction received with existing courses.
