N2 - We submitted our book manuscript to Cornell University Press. It went out for review in the summer of 2018, and reviewers recommended publishing the book, once revisions were made. We completed revisions in April 2019, and are re-submitting the manuscript for review to Cornell University Press. We ended up revising and submitting the manuscript to Bloomsbury Academic. The book is in press and will be published/ released in October 2020.
