Abstract
The magnetostatic interactions for hexagonal arrays of electrodeposited nanowires were modelled by studying the hysteresis and magnetization curves. The magnetization coupling between nanowires, arising from the stray fields of other nanowires constituting the array, was used in the model formulation. The experimental measurement of hysteresis and magnetization curves were in good agreement with the modelled version, except for the largest array diameter wherein Gaussian distribution of the switching field needed consideration.
