Just a very few authors have not yet submitted their contributions. We are currently preparing Volume 1, review and edit all contributions, write preface etc. August 2107 to April 2018: First volume shortly before completion. All twelve contribution have gone through three to four stages of editing. Completion of manuscript is expected by the end of May 2018. Summer of 2019: Text of first volume was copyedited by publisher and ready to be typeset.
