National survey describing and quantifying students with communication needs

Developmental Neurorehabilitation publishes original research and literature reviews on rehabilitation and education of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 2017 Impact Factor: 1.340 2017 Ranking: 41/65 in Rehabilitation Dr. Andzik, Northern Illinois University, and I collaborated on a large survey of special education teachers working with students with communication impairments typically related to intellectual and developmental disabilities. Dr. Andzik initiated this project. We worked together to create the survey and plan the distribution method. She was in charge of distributing the survey. Mr. Nichols, Ohio State University, and I collaborated to do the statistical analysis. Dr. Andzik and I evenly split drafting the original manuscript. Dr. Chung, Illinois State University, assisted in revising the manuscript for publication.
