Abstract

AS the director of Orchestras, not only am I in charge of all of the rehearsals, attendance records, library, venue organization, personnel management, scholarship adviser, preparing and directing of music...etc., I give four public performances each semester between the two groups. I have numerous letters from colleagues, students, parents, and administrators attesting to the overall success and artistic integrity of the program
