Abstract
Physical Therapist Formation, Development, and Maturation constitutes the third of a four-part series of books being published as part of the Disciplinary Memoirs series with the other two being "Family Practice Physical Therapy, 1998" and "Case Physical Therapy 2013". The book targets the physical therapy education community and provides recommendations for the development of professorial instructional methods, philosophy, and content integration for entry-level doctoral students, clinical practitioners, and program directors. It is a venture synched with the Scholarship of Enterprise that is part of the Five-Star Scholarship approach embraced by the author.
