Abstract
Congress enacted the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act in December 2017, which required a significant rewrite of my online e-textbook to incorporate the myriad changes. (I chose to publish this textbook, now in its 5th edition, with CALI to reduce student textbook cost. The e-textbook is a free download for students. I declined expressions of interest from other legal textbook publishers because of their student cost.) In addition to the 742-page textbook, I also wrote a 200-page Teachers Manual for professors who adopt the book for their classes.
