Abstract

I was invited by Joshua Blank (NYU Law) to participate in a Lincoln-Douglas style debate on the future of corporate tax reform at an ABA Tax Section meeting, along with Omri Marian (University of Florida Law), David Miller (Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft), and Adam Rosenenzweig (Washington U. St. Louis). The ABA News Quarterly thereafter requested that we reduce our comments to writing and submit them for publication, which we did.
