Abstract

This was an article in the American Bar Association journal on Air and Space Law. The topic was the current status and ongoing issues facing the Hague Working Group on the Governance of Space Resources (i.e. asteroid mining) of which I am a member. I coauthored the piece with my student Chelsey Davis who excelled in my space law course. By coauthoring the piece, I hoped to boost her career -- and she was just hired by Parker Hannifin to work in the aerospace industry!
