Abstract

This program will discuss the philosophical tenets of existential phenomenology as a research tradition to explore lived experience through. The presenter will discuss the use of this methodology and its application to the phenomenological experiences of clients who received humanistically-oriented therapy letters between sessions. Considerations for application in psychotherapy will be presented.
