Abstract
In my presentation, I will focus on students’ assessment of their groupmates’ contribution and collaboration toward the completion of the final assignment. A statistical test (multiple regression) will be perform to determine the effect of these variables in the final grades. I predict that the higher the group mates’ grades the more satisfactory the final grade of a student on the paper. The theory is that, in group work, when a member’s participation is highly satisfactory to other group mates, the outcome will be satisfactory as well. In other words, the higher the group mates’ scores attributed to a student, the higher the final grade of that student on the assignment.
