Abstract

In this workshop, I will present a model of relationship-oriented letters based on Humanistic psychological philosophy as a supervisory intervention to facilitate the growth and development of Practicum students during their beginning clinical experiences with clients. Development Model (IDM). The presenter will discuss the richness of potential contact that exists in the supervisor-supervisee relationship for new possibilities of self-actualization and a creative dialectic between the self of the supervisor and the self of the supervisee.
