Abstract

Following the COVID-19 campus closure, I began holding Virtual Office Hours using Blackboard Collaborate for video conferencing. This arrangement allowed for the two-way, real-time communication that is conducive to student success. Virtual Office Hours were held each Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. beginning March 25th and concluding April 29th. During Virtual Office Hours, I additionally communicated to students that I would be available to e-mail chat, in real time, as well.
