Abstract

We Practice for It is a poetry chapbook, 34 pages in length, which was selected as the winner of Tupelo Press's Sunken Garden Poetry Award by their judge, the poet Mark Doty, in early spring 2014. In July of 2014, the chapbook was published, and I gave a poetry reading from it at the Sunken Garden Poetry Festival at the Hill-Stead Museum in Farmington, CT.
