Abstract
Co-presenter, invited to speak about methods to address career burnout (largest annual design conference in Canada). RGD is the largest professional design association in Canada, and Ontario represents the third largest market for design service in North America. All publicly funded design projects in Ontario are required to use a certified designer, RGD is the body that grants certification.
