Abstract
This was a two year long project that involved an organizational analysis on the changing structure of the Ohio children's trust fund from a county to regional system of managment. We were engaged by the state to study organizational and leadership perceptions of the change throughout the 2-year transition. The method involved interviewing regional management teams during the transition and culuminated in a white paper and report that was presented to Ohio Children's Trust fund leadership team. Findings and recommendations were incorporated into state program changes and policy formation.
